Introducing Collaborative Practice

         Collaborative Practice is a solution oriented approach that seeks to preserve the long term interests of families.  It differs from conventional divorce is that couples pledge in writing to work toward an agreement without going to court.   In addition it may offer the couple and their attorneys the option of an expanded team. Divorce coaches, child specialists and financial consultants, when appropriate, help the couple focus on what is truly important for the future.  Dignity and self esteem are protected and the well being of the family is preserved.  Please feel free to ask me about the process. The divorce process differs from the traditional divorce in that the couple sign an agreement to work toward arrangement  that will benefit each party and the children with the least disruption to all.
